My brother in law cheated on my sister, she had to moved out with her two children. It was a toxic relationship with mental torture all these years. They stay in the USA. I want to screw this bastard
My sister sacrificed years of her life for this man, and today this absolute bastard has left her emotionally shattered, financially vulnerable, and struggling with two children while he shamelessly runs around cheating and playing house with other women. She had to move out with both children because the environment had become unbearable and toxic.
This wasn’t just a failed marriage. This was years of mental torture, manipulation, humiliation, and emotional abuse.
Recently my sister got laid off in the US and instead of supporting his wife and children, he refused for any help towards kids.
He is now dating an Indian woman who already has a son and is brainwashing my teenage niece by telling her she’ll get a “step brother” and convincing her not to come back to India.
Imagine the level of sickness required to emotionally manipulate your own child while your wife is struggling to survive with a toddler and a teenager.
And financially? Completely pathetic.
- Refusing to properly support the children.
- Clearly saying he won’t pay alimony.
- Refusing to contribute even for my niece’s school admission expenses in India.
- Constantly creating problems every single day just to mentally break my sister further.
The only thing this coward truly cares about is staying in the USA. The moment we mentioned legal action and immigration-related complaints, his tone changed immediately because that’s where his fear lies.
At this point, we don’t want sympathy. We want to legally rip this man apart and make him answer for every bit of damage he has caused.
Need serious legal advice from people experienced in US divorce law, NRI disputes, custody battles, financial settlements, or immigration implications:
- How do we make sure he pays maximum child support and alimony?
- Can his cheating, manipulation, and neglect strengthen custody and settlement claims?
- What evidence should we start collecting immediately?
- Can emotional abuse and intentional financial abandonment be used strongly in court?
- Are there Indian legal routes we can simultaneously pursue?
- What legal pressure points usually work against people like this?
This man spent years destroying my sister mentally. We are now ready to make sure the law hits back properly.
