Axis SuperMoney Pro Card - No Statement Generated Even After 1 Month
I got my Axis SuperMoney Pro credit card around 31st March, and since then I’ve been using it for normal UPI transactions.
What’s strange is that the card statement still hasn’t been generated yet.
In the app outstanding balance shows around 6k, which is correct and also Current available limit is also correct (limit - usage). Due date shows as 10th May but “Bill amount due” is showing ₹0
In the Statements tab, it says “No statement yet”, and in the History tab I can’t even see any transactions.
I also added the card on CRED. There, I can see the outstanding balance correctly, but when I try to pay, it says:
“Your card is already fully paid. As per Axis Bank's policy, payments can only be made when there's a bill due. We'll notify you as soon as your next bill is generated.”
Is this normal for a newly issued card? Has anyone else faced this?
Even though I haven’t paid anything.
I tried online way, where you can enter the mobile number and it will show statements or card info associated with number, but there also no luck - shows nothing or visit bank for more details.
