My wife and I are both 30yo, no children yet, and we bought our first property a few years ago in East London. In short the area that we currently live in turned out to be not very much family-oriented, safe or culturally balanced and are now looking to move soon to a more friendly neighbourhood as we start thinking about kids.
- We are not in a big rush, our budget currently sits at c. £1m but could potentially wait 1 or 2 more years and have it increased to maybe £1.2-1.3m.
- We are looking for a safe, quiet, leafy neighbourhood with good transport links to Mayfair and the City - very much preferred on District, Circle, Hammersmith and Elizabeth lines.
- Best 3 bed, not a project
- At least a small garden
- I was looking at possibly Ealing or Chiswick, am worried a bit though that on our budget it might be not enough to get something decent there.
