Are there any places that are “easily” accessible from lower manhattan to ride my bike without a car to get me there? I’m relatively new to cycling and trying to get some longer rides in, but shooting up the WSH to CP is frustrating, with cp being frustrating enough with cars and pedestrians trying to take me out. Also tried going up riverside drive across the GW, but felt equally as daunting and frustrating especially solo. Anyone have any route advice especially for a beginner?
