Private chef recommendations

Hello,

I know this is kind of last minute, but looking for recommendations for an in home private chef for early November who could come to a home in Moraga to do a dinner for 10.

Ideally looking for someone who could do a multi course sit down meal, something simple but high quality cooking and food. Not looking for hibachi or anything of that nature, that is too casual.

Thanks!

Property manager recommendation from an owner perspective

Hello,

Looking for recommendations on a property manager from an owners perspective. I own a rental property but have not been fully impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that the property management company I am currently using is exhibiting. Hoping there are some recommendations for companies or individuals who treat homes like their own, or at least have good follow through on what they say they will do. (I should add, my property is in north county)

Thanks!

HVAC condensation line

Hello,

Does anyone have any ideas for a cheap fix that does not involve removing concrete to fix this HVAC condensate line to drain away from the house? Just purchased this house and it drains straight to the foundation (as you can see) My initial thought is to just angle it away from the foundation and extend it by like 6 inches so it dispenses more to the middle of the concrete so it drains towards the fence. Any other suggestions?

Yellow plum tree?

Hello, just moved into a house with this tree. It is a plum tree that is grafted to an apricot (so it has both fruit). The majority of the tree is plum and as you can see, they are pretty yellow. They are currently sweet and some are overripe. Wondering if anyone knows what variety of plums these are that stay yellow or if the yellow is some kind of deficiency? I am used to plums being a dark red/purple so yellow is new for me. Thanks!

Edited to add that, as you can see in the photo the squirrels and birds are going nuts over the fruit, which is why I also think it is ripe.
