Opened a pack of Perfect Order Pokémon cards today and found something strange. One of the cards in the middle of the pack had a strip of white tape across it. The wrapper looked sealed when I opened it, and the rest of the cards seemed completely fine. I bought this pack about an hour ago from Target and it was in a booster bundle.

Just trying to figure out whether this is rare, common, or worth anything as an error?
