I've had strep throat 3 times so far I just finished my 3rd round of antibiotics on Monday and my tonsils mostly the right one (left in pic) is sore and my neck is sore on that side as well does anyone have any idea what It might be.

(Update) It hurts more but less at the same time definitely way more red now, idk what to do.
