Ramons Cafe, Cardiff, £12.70

I walked into Ramon’s Cafe on Salisbury Road in Cardiff, Wales this morning and ordered a “make your own” breakfast - 10 items for £9.70. I ordered poached eggs, bacon, black pudding, a sausage and I added on a thick beef patty for £3. The meal comes with a free tea or coffee but I declined. I don’t eat bread.

It was all very delicious apart from the sausage which was low quality. The eggs were cooked perfectly, runny on the inside apart from 1 of the yolks. Good value imo and it’s kept me full into this afternoon. I was surprised how thick the burger patty was.

The total with a bottle of still water came to £13,70

The Full English, Folkestone, Kent £13.95

I visited The Full English cafe in Folkestone, Kent recently and ordered their Builders Breakfast.

I don’t eat bread so I swapped that for an extra egg. It was delicious.

I can’t remember the price but according to their menu it’s £13.95 including coffee. Might have gone up slightly though feel like I might have paid a little more

I walked into Jesse’s cafe this morning on Chatham High Street.

I went with the whopper breakfast, I swapped thee mushrooms for an extra egg and I added on a large beef patty and a Cypriot beef sausage (which was lovely). It came with a coffee.

I ate it all apart from the sausages which were poor quality. Was very tasty especially the Cypriot sausage
