I’m following the initial set up video for the Flex by Mo El-Sayed from Ledger on YouTube. All I keep seeing on the Meta Mask app s Device unresponsive, connection timed out Please try again. Any help would be appreciated. I’m another person who tried to save fees using Ink to move Ethereum without realizing it doesn’t work that way. Hoping to see the money instead of believing it’s out there somewhere safe. lol.

Hi. Both the name it came with and the name I gave it show up when connecting to my IPhone as separate devices. Should this be a concern? I deleted second device with the name it came with but why would that happen? The device passed security checks.
