Currently fearing I'm sick but the doctors say I'm fine

So I had a cold like 3 weeks back that took like 10 to 14 days to fully pass. But nothing too serious. Pain in my throat, a little cough, running nose. During the time I was sick I once or twice had to do physical work which made me worried that I have overdone it and risked a myocarditis. On one day I felt a pain in my chest that didn't want to go away so. I went to the ER. Also my pulse was going relatively high fast and went down really slow.

They checked blood, did multiple ecgs and an ultrasound of my heart. The doctors said I'm fine but I still feel unwell.

I don't know if I'm fit again and sometimes during the day I can feel my heart beat. Today I felt a little dizzy and I'm afraid the doctors may have overseen something. So I'm very anxious to start working out again.

Do you have any advice?

Maybe some experiences regarding myocarditis and other infect induced heart problems?

Post-infectious sinus tachycardia

So I had a cold a few weeks back that took like forever to get rid off. Even now I can still feel the last remaining itch in my throat but everything is fine. I've taken a break of 3 and a half weaks from going to the gym so I can recover. 2 days back on Wednesday I tried getting back into sports. Not too hard. I just went on the treadmill for a slow walk and than do some light excersies. My bpm was up to 120 on the treadmill already. During my second excerise it went up to 160. There I stopped and went home. The next day I went to my doctor. Blood tests and EKG were good but the same evening I had severe chest pain in my sternum so I went to the ER. After one night, one more EKG, two blood tests and an ultrasonic check of my heart the doctors told me there is nothing to see. So I was sent home. I was told to go slow on sports and to check on my bpm. My question is how are your experiences with pst? Should I go slow or completely wait with going back to sports?
