Spam hitting inbox before being filtered
In the last week or so, I've noticed a significant influx of spam (~30 per day) hitting my inbox.
The most odd thing about it is that it will notify my phone, be present in the inbox when I check it (both on the iphone gmail app and via the web interface on a different device), and then 20 minutes later be moved to the spam folder, without any action on my part.
As far as I can tell, this is new behavior for gmail. I do not use third party mail apps or pop3 access or anything like that.
Has anyone else seen this?
