Did the devs increase the odds to get mythical and legendary fruits?

I just rolled a yeti and I'm more surprised than happy cuz in the past 4 days I've prolly rolled around 20 times and got 2 doughs,venom, portal, phoenix and now a yeti.Before that the only mythic I got from the 3 months I played this game was gas.Is this happening to anyone else??

Should I max out my sword or gun?

I use a buddha and have maxed out my defence and melee stats but I'm not sure we're to invest the other points in .Is gun and melee combo better for buddha or sword and melee?Also I'm trying to get both shark anchor and dragonstorm,are those good weapons for a buddha user like me?
