31 year old male, never had a problem down there untill it started, dealing with symptoms for over 9 months now.

Had a near penile fracture 9 months ago, seriously hurt myself during intercourse and ended up at the ER. Luckily no serious tear that required surgery.

My little guy hurt a lot tho. Things got slowly better.... and then, suddenly 'out of the blue' I started getting pudendal neuralgia symptoms about 5 months ago.

I believe it is partly due to me changing jobs in november 2025. I went from a job that had more variety in posture to basically a desk job that has me sitting 10+ hours a day in total suddenly. I also believe me having had the near penile fracture injury put my nervous system on high alert in that region which made me more susceptible to getting irritation.

Things have slowly become more serious regarding the nerve being pissed off. Sometimes I get extreme discomfort, burning sensations in the perineal area within 10 minutes of sitting. Also getting a pelvic floor cramp now and then.Allready experimenting with a standing desk atm to change up posture.

I believe the stickied post 'anatomy of a sitting decease' in this sub is applicable to me.

I allready mentioned this to my doctor, he did not prescribe anything. No PT. No imaging or tests, advised to really try and combat the sitting and stay active.
I am active and keep contuining to be active. But no improvement at all.

Im starting the stickied exercice. Whish me luck. I'll give that a try for 3 weeks. If no improvement, back to doc, I'll ask for further steps.
