Hello! I’m a UCLA student looking for a female subleaser for Summer 2026 (from June 12 to August 31) for a single. Rent is $1600/mo + utilities, and location is 1 block from UCLA campus at the Mark Apartments.
The unit is a single bedroom furnished with a full size bed + mattress, desk, closet, nightstand, and dresser. It shares a spacious bathroom with one other single. The unit itself has in-unit laundry, AC/Heater, a full size kitchen, and living room area including couch, chairs, and TV. The building has nice brand new amenities such as a 24hr gym, rooftop jacuzzi, study lounge, and more. There’s also 24hr security and the building hosts several events throughout each month. Parking is available for purchase through the leasing office in an underground lot.
