You get to start all over again but you’re limited to 10 exercises for the rest of your life. What 10 are you going with?

I heard this question some time ago and it got me thinking as to which 10 exercises I’d do. It wasn’t easy because I wanted to cover all of my bases with strength, conditioning, and cardio. I’m curious as to what other people would choose and why.

For me I mostly stuck with exercises I actually enjoy doing versus trying to figure out what’s most optimal.

Some stuff can be grouped together I think.

My list:

  1. Barbell deadlift - traditional

  2. Barbell squat - low bar

  3. Lunge - dumbbell

  4. Glute ham raises

  5. Pull ups

  6. Dips

  7. Barbell overhead press

  8. Running

  9. Farmers carries

  10. Kettlebell swings
