Muscle soreness or injury?
Hi!
It was my second time to go to the gym, and I was doing some chest press. I only put a 2.5kg on each side and I could really feel it. So I just continued when I felt a sudden ache in my left front delt and then I couldn’t finish the workout. And after that when I tried to bend my elbow, I could only bend it halfway and couldn’t fully bend it. Because my triceps felt tense. But after like 15 minutes it stopped and I finished my arm workouts.
However 3 days has passed and now I can still feel that tense feeling in my triceps, it’s not that bad as it was.
So my question is, is this just soreness or something else? And how can I recover quickly
