How in the world do I fix this issue?

I finally got everything working today but everytime I boot the game, it has these grey boxes on the side and its not full-screen at all. Is there a fix to this?

EDIT: If your screen looks like mine and you have a 2560x1440 21:9 monitor, try putting it to 16:9. It'll atleast take out the grey boxes
