HF Trailer Tire Help Needed
Hi All - Going to buy the 1,720 pound capacity haul-master trailer. It will be used for nothing more than putting a truck camper on it and backing it into my garage.
My issues is that I only have about 12 inches of clearance for the camper, and I believe that the HF trailer, floor to deck, is closer to 15".
Am I able to put smaller tires on the trailer to lower it and reduce its overall height? If so, what tires do I need to get and where do I get them?
Any other ideas about reducing height on it? Will never go anymore than 20 feet forward and 20 feet backwards.
Garage opening is about 82", camper is 70" tall.
Open to ideas for this other than a HF trailer too! Garage driveway has a slight decline and a .5" lip to clear from driveway to garage, so prefer something I can attach or push with my truck.
