Need to see a urologist (preferably one who does reconstructive or andrology work), in Knoxville, for revision circumcision or penile skin tightening. Without getting into specifics, have loose penile skin causing retraction & major friction issues. I know I can’t be the only guy to have ever had this problem. Please share if you want & give a physician recommendation. I need to have this addressed soon, it’s very aggravating to have to deal with. Thanks
