Hello, I’m currently in Canada under working holiday. It expires in October. I just submitted my spousal (common-law) sponsorship application last night. We live in Quebec and we have a newborn child. What happens between the time my work visa expires and the PR response? Can I stay in Canada? Can I work? Can I apply for another visa? I can’t apply for another working holiday as I’ll be older than 35. I’m a bit lost in the process, thank you!
