I am 26 years old and a post-doc. This is quite young compared to my fellow postdocs (who are generally 29 and older). I feel there is a big difference in perception between mid twenties and late twenties.

I sometimes feel that I'm treated as if I'm very young, even though my experience level is the same as theirs. I guess it doesn't help that I have a kind of 'baby-face', but still...

Any tips on being perceived as more experienced?
