best outdoor tv for casual movie nights on a patio setup?

I’m slowly building a simple outdoor movie setup on my patio for weekend movie nights with family. Nothing fancy, just something reliable that won’t be annoying to use every time we set it up. My main concern is finding something that looks good even when it’s not completely dark outside.

Is there a clear best outdoor tv people usually go for in setups like this, or is it more about pairing a normal TV with good speakers and shade? Would love to hear what actually works in real life. thanks

Why nothing clicks anymore

Not trying to sound dramatic but man i seriously forgot how to enjoy stuff outside of work and sleeping. i’ve tried a bunch of hobbies people mention here because i wanted something that felt productive without being miserable. started with photography because my aunt let me borrow her old camera and for a few days i was walking around taking pics of random cats and street signs like i was making an indie movie or something. then i just stopped caring outta nowhere. same thing happened with cooking, cycling, journaling, and building those little model cars. every time i start i get weirdly obsessed for a minute then my motivation disappears like my dad when the bill comes at restaurants lol. my roommate keeps telling me i need discipline instead of motivation but if a hobby already feels forced that early then what’s the point. i think i just want something that feels natural instead of another thing i have to schedule into my life. honestly i’m getting tired of introducing myself to people and realizing i don’t really do anything besides work and scroll online. i know there’s gotta be something out there that fits me better. maybe i’m overthinking the whole thing too much. what hobbies actually stayed fun for you after the “new shiny thing” phase wore off
