Hey everyone,

I’m in the United States and I’m trying to add my phone number to my Prolific account, but it keeps getting rejected every time I try.

I’ve double-checked the format (country code, digits, etc.), and I’m definitely using a valid US number, so I’m not sure what’s going wrong.

Has anyone experienced this before? What could be causing the issue, and how did you fix it?
