Ive been attempting to use the paint bucket tool and using the color all frames button but it doesnt work on the color tab what am I doing wrong?

Hi yall Im 2wks and a day post op and was wondering when to start scar care? My doctor instructed that at 2 weeks to take off the steri strips and to begin scar treatment but was wondering if its too early?
