Fairfields farm lightly sea salted
8/10 Thick cut and crispy. Tasted earthy, which was surprisingly satisfying. Had just enough salt on them and I did not have to reach for a huge glass of water after eating these.

These chips are part of a spring-time promotion, and use seasoning based on Alex’s Lemonade Stand. They are refreshing in a way you might not expect with a chip. I thought they might be overly tart or sweet, but they are not at all. Would probably go well with a burger and an actual glass of lemonade.
Curious about how folks like chips cooked in beef tallow, and wondering if you’ve tried this particular brand. Seen at Lowe’s Foods in North Carolina.
I did not pick these up but I’m curious about going back to try them. I find the picture of a roasted chicken fascinating for some reason I can’t explain.
Can definitely taste the whisky on these. The barbeque is very subtle, like tomato paste with a bit of chives. Wasn’t as spicy as I’d hoped. The chips themselves are thick-cut and crunchy.
