I've been hypermobile my whole life and it's caused serious problems, specifically with lower lumbar scoliosis and my left shoulder that I can't really use because it pops out of joint so easily. But I'm feeling hopeful after trying a new supplement!

I started seeing a new doctor that recommended I try the "manganese B12 protocol". It took a few months of her pushing me but I've been on it for ten days now and feel like I'm on a different body. Literally from the first pill, I felt different. My body is tighter, more solid. I can rely on my shoulder and was even able to do a workout that I've never been able to do (like a reverse fly, working out my upper back muscles). I don't feel "better" yet because my body feels so different that I don't know how to hold myself well and I can particularly feel my scoliosis, which isn't great for my mental health. But I'm really hopeful because now I feel like I can work out in ways I really need to but haven't been able to. I'm hopeful I can stop some degradation instead of just continuing to watch it steadily get worse.

I swear this isn't an ad, not going to link anything. My doctor also had hypermobility; she did not have as strong of a response as I did. I really just wanted to share my experience. I searched the group but didn't find anything on this. Anyone else try this? Feel free to ask questions.
