Hey. 28M here. I've had a strange case of Vertigo these past 2 weeks and i'm concerned since i can't really find a reason why or a solution to it.
About 2 weeks ago i was doing some work when i suddenly got dizzy, felt like i was getting sleepy, so i stopped doing what i was doing and got to bed to rest, whatever that was just went away and life as usual for a few days. Then 3-4 days after that i started to notice some strange sensations, sometimes i'd get some small attacks of vertigo while working, as if i was leaning too much to one side, which started to get worse for a few days. Then 2-3 days ago they started to dissappear (or maybe i just got used to them?). However, that came with another symptom, for the past week that vertigo has transformed into what i could call internal body vibrations? Usually my lower back and legs feel like jello or if i was sitting on an engine. Is not painful and more noticeable when sitting or laying down on bed. Which is quite bothersome when trying to focus on work or trying to sleep.
In a related note. I went to the doctor last week and they treated me for an ear infection, when i mentioned the symptoms i was told that it was probably related to the pressure caused by the infection to the middle ear. I got some antibiotics and they took care of it. I hoped that these 2 were related and while the infection is taken care of, the vibrations are still there. Which lately has been getting upsetting since is getting hard to fall asleep.
I suffered something similar 3 years ago, for around a month i was having some vertigo when walking but it went away on its own. Didn't really got that looked into since i was quite busy with college.
Was hoping that anyone had a similar experience or symptoms and were able to find a solution or idea of what is going on. I have a new appointment for the doc next week but i'm not even sure what to tell them.
Thanks for reading!

Edit: Some more stuff i found out:
-Last night as i was falling asleep i felt a strange sensation, as if both my ears closed up for a second, like the sensation when you have a cold. After that the vibrations were gone for the rest of the night and didn't come back until tonight.
-Crossing my legs when sitting or laying down helps with the vibrations, not much but makes it more manageable. But most likely reduced symptoms from the last point?
-Tried the Epley Maneuver just in case but it didn't seem to help.
-The vibrations have lowered in intensity, while at first it felt like jello or an engine, now it feels like there's some low voltage running through, though maybe is just me getting used to it, hopefully they go away.
-Searching around i saw that a few people have similar symptoms but is related to anxiety, never had any experience with it so i'm not sure how to handle it if that's the case? i don't think anything happened recently to cause it.
-Finally the vibrations are almost nonexistent after waking up and for a few hours. Had to change my work schedule due to this but is still causing me discomfort
