Another Max Health vs. Bonus Health Question
I've seen the threads where people explain that Max Health = Base Health + Bonus Health
Where I am confused is items like Psychic Protector have +300 Max Health with "Conversion: Gain Ability Power equal to 3.5% of bonus Health."
Does that mean the +300 Max Health doesn't count towards Conversion?
Same question applies to Projection as well.
While discussing Psychic Projector, under Projection, it says "(Max bonuses reached at 400 Ability Power)." Is that based off of Conversion or just overall/Max Ability Power of the champ?
