I am trying to change fog lights on my 2015 Tacoma, but I can’t figure out how to unplug this connector. I am an amateur, and not mechanically inclined at all. I can’t find any YouTube videos that actually show how to unclip it. Can anyone explain it to me… very simply.

* I’ve read there’s a retention button on the back I need to push down, but I really don’t know where that would be.
