1 Week Update since SebDerm Post

Hi Guys!

My previous post got locked and I cant update it, so I figured that I create a new one to share my 1 Week Progression.

For the long story check the post on my profile.

Short: I have a pretty bad case of SebDerm for the past 10+ years and went to multiple Docs.

I tried nearly every med or cream there is but nothing seemed to help.

Last week I asked you guys for some advise and now i want to share the results!

Please keep in mind, that this is no advise to cancel any therapy from your docs.

I stopped taking my antibiotics and creams and did following:

Morning: I take my Vitamine D3 supplement and rinse my face with cold water. In case its dry, I use a waterbased moisturizer

Evening: I wash my face with 10% sulfur goatmilk soap and after that i apply MCT C8 Oil on my Face over night.

Look at the results!!!

Im so happy :)

Lets see if it continues like that but it is such a relief for now.

Thank you guys!

The wedding day can come now

Best regards

Hi!

So my SD started 10 years ago and my confidence is on an all time low.

I have a feeling that my case is pretty severe?

What do you think?

My hair is getting thinner and starting to fall out.

My skin is burning and itching like hell.

If i try to get rid of the dandruff by lightly scrubbing a wet towel over my face, its starting to bleed and burn a lot more...

I visited like 30 different dermatologists but no medication seems to help longterm.

Currently im using a antifungal shampoo, antiinflammatory creme and antifungal creme.

The strange thing is that my skin can look like the picture on one day and then its litteraly gone the day after before it returns. I would say its 80% of the time pretty bad and 20% kinda normal again.

Its never gone for more then a week tho...

My wedding is coming up soon and I really dont want to look like that on my wedding day

Any ideas for longterm fixes and/or for instant fixes that will help me on my wedding day?

Thanks....
