First time mom + Upcoming Trach

Hi everyone! My LO is scheduled to have her tracheostomy procedure done sometime next week. I keep hearing from others that finding a home nurse is what’s been holding them back to go home.
Wondering if anyone in this group:

1.)Is from Michigan (Detroit area) and has an agency preference or any tips and tricks to make sure the nurse is a right fit.
2.) willing to share any tips/tricks/ must haves for a trach baby coming home for a first time mom like myself.

We’ve already been through a lot, my baby has been in the NICU for 8 months being born as a 23 weeker. Was a twin sister who sadly lost her twin at 8 days of life. We want to make sure transition is as easy as possible for her and that I don’t get lost in the mix of uncertainty, emotions and anxiety. Thanks in advance!
