No doctor knows what is going on in my body. I have all sibo symptoms but i have done three rounds of rifaximin 200mgx3 for 14 days and it didnt do anything. I can't do the breath test as I struggle to drink or eat from so much bloating and gas, which made me lose 15 kg in less than a year. The only thing that reduced my symptoms was prednisone, that was given to me because they suspected an autoimmune disease. But as it tapered down I started to feel worse. My blood markers are all normal now and don't think I have an autoimmune. What can it be? Ruled out celiac, gastroparesis, ibd, crohns and colitis.
