I have a buddy of mine he has been a close friend for a longgg time. Same school Same class same coaching same area of living same branch now and same interests. Our parents want us to get a 2Sharing room together inorder to avoid the wrong kind of people who might be into drugs or partying. We are hella studious so we need to lock in together. I do know that they alot room numbers randomly but we choose the hostels ourselves right?

So once the alloting is done can we request a room swap from dean if our assigned originally room mates mutually agree?
