I am an employer searching for a new employee. We are a small company with 3 full time employees, counting the vacancy-a Financial Analyst position. We work remote but meet up twice (or more) a month in person in Anchorage. When posting on Indeed or LinkedIn I am bombarded with out-of-state or out-of-country applicants and then my posting quota is up.

I tried Handshake to hit up UA but no applicants and the jobs.alaska didn't return a lot of results. Local head hunters were also a no go.

Where is the hidden gem for job posting?

Edited:When posting I have the option of posting on r/AlaskaJobs which did not previously come up in my search! I will also look there but please, please let me know what your go-to is for finding/posting jobs.
