Ya so there was a sudden announcement of new management a month or so ago posted on the door. Vesta musta caved at some point in their ballet attempt to screw the lawsuits, but new mgmt seems to be just as scummy. I was hopeful, but here’s my current situation. Let me know how you feel.
Last weekend the handle to my tub broke and I couldn’t turn off the flow. Called maintenance after hours (meanwhile gallons flowing) and after interrupting his personal time, said on-call idiot called me back hours later. Meanwhile I called TFD who was able to minimize the flow. Fast forward and I need a whole replacement, and it will be Tuesday. Tuesday maintenance calls in sick. At this point I’m unable to able to use toilet. Fast forward again - had to order part thru Amazon. That didn’t work either. Have to tear out tile and new won’t be in until Monday (tomorrow). On and on.. Since Friday, I’ve had to improvise a toilet. Not fun, folks! Do not move here!
