So for context I’ve been diagnosed with elevated cholesterol when I was 17 ldl was like 130 so I did some diet changes and it went down to 115 in like 4 months but after that I started eating worse and not taking care of myself and I went back like at 19 years old again and my ldl was 127 and obviously that brought me down but do some reason I couldn’t commit to change my diet like I did before and now I’m 20 and I’m really scared that I messed up and my arteries might be clogged
I’m really scared to go take a test again because I don’t want to see the results and because to be honest I’m insecure about my weight and every time I go to mh doctor they bring it up.

Do you guys think my arteries could have a potential of being clogged?

For context I’ve always liked space stuff like planets and galaxies and my first option was becoming an astronomer but then I did my research and the career it’s pretty long and the pay and job opportunities are not that good so I tried to think of other things that might be related to space and I discovered aerospace engineering so I thought it’s pretty cool to help build stuff that goes to space. The salary and job opportunities were pretty good too.

My only concern is that I’m not that great at math at the moment, my high school grades were all pretty much Cs and Bs but right now I’m trying to get my algebra better and try to study some precalculus, is it still possible for me to be able to learn and be good at aerospace engineering ? Are there any people here that were just like me and ended up being fine for most of college?

I want to start this fall so that’s why I’m kind of stressed and not know what to do
