As of 2026, Latvia is emerging as the EU’s drone production capital
For more than 10 years, Latvian drone companies have been working on countless bleeding edge drone tech(iykyk).
By 2026, Latvia has become one of Europe’s main drone hubs. A senior U.S. official, Christopher Smith, recently said Latvia is the largest drone producer in Europe right after Ukraine. Latvia is also leading the Drone Coalition with the UK and putting serious money into local drone production.
Pretty wild to see how far the industry has come.
