Severance RP is officially preparing to enter its Alpha Phase, and we are looking for dedicated people who want to help build something from the ground up.

About Severance RP
Severance RP is a developing semi-serious FiveM roleplay community built around immersive storytelling, player-driven experiences, structured departments, and an economy that rewards progression without making the server feel like a second job.
Our goal is to create a server where civilians, criminals, emergency services, business owners, and government officials all contribute to a living and evolving world.
We want Severance RP to become more than another server people temporarily join. Our vision is to build a lasting community where players feel heard, characters have meaningful stories, departments are professionally managed, and every member has an opportunity to make an impact.

No Experience Required
Previous FiveM, staff, development, or department leadership experience is appreciated, but it is not required.

What the Alpha Phase Will Include
During Alpha, our team will be focused on:
Testing server resources and gameplay systems
Balancing the economy and job progression
Establishing LEO, civilian, and EMS departments
Creating policies, procedures, and training programs
Identifying bugs and performance issues
Building server lore and community events
Gathering feedback from testers and department members
Preparing the server for future public phases
Alpha members will have the opportunity to provide direct feedback and help determine the future direction of Severance RP.
