I published my first book recently, and honestly I don’t care about making money from it. I just want people to read it.

That’s the whole reason I wrote it in the first place. I wanted to create something real that another person could sit with, think about, maybe even connect to in some way.

Even if only a few people will ever read it, that would still mean a lot to me. Writing something and putting it out into the world feels strange because you spend so much time alone with it, hoping eventually someone else will experience it too.

I think every writer secretly wants that feeling — to know their work reached another person. My book is a medieval one and if your into those it’s called The Bull and the Lamb.
