Hello
First time cooking on this carbonsteel pan.
I did two rounds of seasoning. The result is in the second picture.
After i cooked on it first time, it looks like this. (First picture)
Bacon and chicken. (No acids and water and paper towl for cleaning)
My first thought is that the seasoning I did, was not enough or not warm enough? 230 Celsius 1 hour
Or is it normal and I just need to cook more?
Or should I season just the base of the pan?
