I submitted my application on 17th April and have still not received my visa - my flight is scheduled for 13th May.

The tracking shows as Visa still under process with the Embassy of Italy.

VFS helpdesk says they cannot help with the estimated timeline and even the Consulate is not picking calls. Have dropped a mail on the Consulate of mumbai’s official mail id but no reply as of now.

Was anyone else in a similar situation recently?
