Added Rokt to test post purchase monetization and I removed it quicker than I had planned to. Revenue bump looked decent at first but the offers started making the checkout flow feel cheap. A couple customers even emailed asking if the offers were affiliated with my store because they felt random and out of place. That was enough for me I’d rather make a little less than turn the post purchase experience into an ad feed.
