I am a co-founder and director of my company with 2 others those are my friends. We started our journey in 2022 when we were doing our bachelor in Engineering. Now I am planning to move to Europe what are the legal issues I need to take care of and They are also getting funds from the government so I don't them to face any consequences because holding some shares, so I want to quit with a clean sheet.
