Looking for advice here. Sued by calvary citibank

Long story short, i was sued by a cc company, amount $5k+
I answered the lawsuit, i denied all allegations, a court date was scheduled, i filed a continuance because of conflict l, it got denied (it was actually my BIRTHDAY) i appeared in court anyway and they didn’t, judge dismissed without prejudice, the next day (TODAY) they filed a motion to vacate dismissal, claiming unaware of the hearing and internal conflict of schedule, i filed a response to their request, stating that their internal conflict was within their control to show up, but honestly think judge will allow it and vacate.
The last payment on this cc says aug 2020,they have part of my name, but not my full name and also a wrong ss#, i did NOT poses a SS# up until 2025 (when uscis granted me work permit, i did not have a driver’s licenses either)
They do have my dob correct but everything else is jot correct, what can i do here?

Was sued calvary associate citi bank, i filed an answer got a hearing scheduled, attended the hearing and got the case dismissed without prejudice, how often do they refile lawsuit?

I “won” and got my case dismissed without prejudice because they did jot show up to court, though I pleaded with the judge to dismiss with prejudice, she said she could not since we did jot present evidence, i asked her if she wanted to see my evidence, she said she couldn’t, the statute of limitations ends in September, how often do they refile lawsuits???
