Seen outside of UCSD ED in hillcrest. No one in either car. I must say I don’t know the situation or what led to this, I’m just an observer. Yikes

Edit: the reason why I don’t have pictures of what’s in front (no other car) or behind (another cop car) these cars is because I was in a MOVING CAR trying to turn around and snap what I could. and no, I don’t know whose fault it is. And no, I’m not saying it’s the cops or Mercedes.
