need help with scroll animation
hey, i thought i knew how scroll animations worked until it didn't. In the image, there's two main sections. both sections are made to be scroll sections and the animation viewport set to the first one (top). for some reason, when i reload the page on this particular scroll level (didn't know what else to call it), the content of the first section doesn't animate in. the viewport has crossed the layer so why is this happening? any ideas? also, for a previous website, this issue was never there. no matter what "scroll level" i was on while reloading the page, all the content from the previous levels would animate. same scroll animation settings, same use of layers itself as scroll sections. one has a problem, the other doesn't. i dont get it. any help would be great. thanks!
