endo on bowels experience?

I had excision surgery three years ago, with endo “lesions and blisters found on uterosacral ligament, cul de sac, and a large subserosal fibroid”

In the last few months my pain has increased again and I have been bleeding heavily out my anus right before and during my period. I had a colonoscopy to rule out bleeding from haemorrhoids or fissures and was just told that none was found. Now I am sure that the endo has grown to parts of my colon.

I’ve asked to be referred for an MRI (I know often endo won’t show up, but it’s just a less invasive start) before I go back in for another surgery. But the waitlist may be up to a year or more.

Advice and stories please about endo growing to your colon. I am so tired of being in pain.

how to know if you're ready to taper off

hello! i've been on venlafaxine for 7 years now at 150mg and i feel like i want to wean myself off. my life is relatively stable now. i've been on ssri/snri's for nearly 15 years now. i'd like to see what my life/brain is like not on medication.

but how did you know when it was the right time to come off? unfortunately i don't have access to a doctor right now but i'm quite good at managing these things myself. i will go down by 37.5 every few weeks, and can always pick back up if the withdrawl becomes too much.
