Crazy hair fall after visiting BERLIN + Water filter recommendation?
Hello! To my knowledge I do not have hairloss but may be recovering from TE. I recently went on a trip to Berlin for a week and had the craziest sheeding of my life.... Whenever I would brush my hair SO MUCH hair would come out, big clumps coming out, I have long hair and also noticed very short hairs coming out with a bulb at the end (for context I also have split ends rn)... as soon as I returned home my hair went back to normal (very small amount of shedding, no hairs shorter than 5cm coming out).
The only possible reason I can think of is that Germany is known to have very hard water. Ill be moving to Berlin soon so im quite worried about losing a lot of hair if I had such an intense reaction after only a week.....
For these reasons im wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and if anyone has good water filter recommendations? Something that is easily attachable to a shower head. Ill be living in an apartment with others so looking for something cheap and easily dismountable.
