We were stopped at the intersection of Ridge and Lake around 10:15pm and saw a small dog, potentially an orange Corgi with a blue collar crossing the street westbound on Lake—no owner in sight. We made a circle and slowly drove up and down the streets west of Ridge searching for the dog but were not able to find it again. Posting this in the hopes of it reaching the owner!
