Is Jayce supposed to be played as a frontline poke champ or a flanking dive champ? And if it’s frontline poke am I meant to push out side waves then group and poke out for objectives?

Help me. I need an explanation on what runes to go when and why, he has so many viable pages that it just doesn't make sense.
